Pedro Varela is in jail near Barcelona, incarcerated since Sunday December 12th 2010 being sentenced for fifteen months. This is the end of a long run: the Catalonia’s court was after him since 1996, for publishing, selling and promoting books that the Jewish lobby dislike. At first, he was sued for “Holocaust” denial; but the supreme court of Spain decided in 2007 that this is not punishable in Spain, because “democracy relies on freedom of investigation and scientific knowledge, and history of WWII is a matter of science”. So now he was found guilty of promoting hate, and worse than that: he supposedly approved of the “big Holocaust”! Pedro Varela argues, how can you approve a genocide which you don’t believe it ever happened?

Usually, at present, in Spain, you don’t go to jail if the sentence is for less than 2 years, tells his lawyer. Pedro’s new sentence is for 15 months, still they sent him to jail.

The prosecutor, called Miguel Angel Aguilar, is a well known friend of SOS Racism, a Jewish-led body that needs to find racists in order to justify its existence, and find public funding by taxpayers. So is the principal judge, Mrs Estela, as Pedro explains.

Hajo Herrmann (1913-2010) was an outstanding German Luftwaffe pilot who also distinguished himself during the Second World War as a courageous air force commander and innovative air defense tactician. After the war he built a new career as an attorney, and became known for his role in civil rights cases, defending patriots and so-called “Holocaust deniers” accused of violating German laws against free speech. Until his death at the age of 97, he remained steadfastly loyal to his people, his heritage, and the ideals of his youth.

The child victims of this shocking episode were not actually Sephardic; that term refers to Jews from Spain and Portugal. In the late 1400s, the Sephardic Jews were expelled from Spain and settled in Turkey and the Balkans, especially Salonika, Greece and Smyrna, (today known as “Izmir”). These child victims were in fact racial Arabs whose ancestors had practiced Judaism for thousands of years. They are the descendants of ancient Israel. They speak Arabic and come from Arab countries, where their ancestors had lived in surprising harmony with the majority Muslim population. Israelis often refer to these Arabic-speaking Jews as “Sephardic” to divert attention from what some Israelis regard as an inconvenient fact: that these Arabic-speaking Jews are actually the real descendants of ancient Israel. Moses did not look like most of today’s Isralis who came from Eastern Europe.

Actual Sephardic Jews were wealthy and educated enough to resist being treated like Guinea pigs; the Arabic-speaking Jews were not.
